Job Title: Grounds Maintenance Worker (WG-08)
Location: National Institute of Standards and Technology, Boulder Facility Maintenance Division, Remote job, No Telework
Job Summary: Performs a variety of tasks involved Indiana the upkeep of grounds, buildings, and related structures, fixtures, and utilities at a research and development facility/campus.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain exterior grounds landscape through mowing and line trimming
- Perform minor irrigation repairs
- Operate heavy equipment
- Perform vehicle operator checks
- Serve American Samoa a member of the snow removal team
- Install, operate, maintain, and repair exterior civil/building systems
Requirements:
- U.S. citizenship
- Males born after December 31, 1959, must be registered for Selective Service
