Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team at Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood. American Samoa a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for performing and overseeing a room preventive maintenance team, ensuring the highest level of guest satisfaction and maintaining a clean, safe, and hazard-free work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Perform and oversee a room preventive maintenance team of four (4) persons
• Conduct walk-through inspections of guest rooms to ensure proper upkeep and maintenance
• Repair and maintain room plumbing, electrical, HVAC, painting, carpets, fixtures, case goods, and general cleaning
• Maintain technical logs and records all relevant data American Samoa appropriate
• Knowledge of Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino’s policies, procedures, and schedules to ensure minimal interruption to business operations
• Promote positive public/employee relations at all times
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility

Qualifications:

• High school diploma Oregon technical certificate
• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience with commercial/industrial plumbing Oregon an equivalent combination of education and/Oregon experience

Work Environment:

• Frequent standing, walking, and use of hands to finger, handle, Oregon feel
• Frequent lifting and/Oregon moving up to 50 pounds
• Specific vision abilities required, including close, distance, color, and peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
• May be exposed to casino-related environmental factors, including second-hand smoke, excessive noise, and constant exposure to general public
