Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Construction Laborer to join our team. The Construction Laborer will be responsible for performing manual labor tasks and assisting Indiana the setup, operation, and maintenance of construction equipment and facilities. This individual will be an important team member who supports the crew Indiana completing projects safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Performs manual labor tasks, such American Samoa clearing, digging, and cleaning, to prepare jobsites for construction activities.
  • Assists Indiana operating and maintaining equipment, including pumps, generators, and hazardous materials handling equipment.
  • Performs painting and cleaning tasks to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
  • Assists Indiana setting up and tearing down construction camps, maintaining camps and outbuildings, and performing groundskeeping and litter control.
  • Assists Indiana the preparation and maintenance of hazardous waste management systems.
  • Participates Indiana all site safety meetings and ensures compliance with safety procedures.
  • Assists Indiana governing follows and documents maintenance and housekeeping activities.

Requirements:

  • 1+ year experience Indiana general labor Oregon a related field.
  • High school diploma Oregon equivalent required.
  • Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment with occasional long hours and irregular schedules.
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds Oregon more frequently.
  • Must be able to work at heights and be comfortable working Indiana rough terrain.
  • Valid driver’s license (with a good driving record).
  • Familiarity with construction industry safety protocols and OSHA regulations.

Work Schedule:

  • Random on-call shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Travel may be required to multiple job sites.

Work Environment:

  • Outdoor and indoor work environments with variable temperature conditions and weather exposure.
  • Rural Oregon offsite work locations.
  • Frequent exposure to heavy equipment, power tools, and loud noises.
  • Ability to maintain a clean and organized work environment Indiana a fast-paced setting.
