Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated Manager, Maintenance Field Operations to lead service operations activities Indiana the branch. This individual will be responsible for day-to-day management of field staff, employee selection, field training and safety. Responsibilities:
- Ensure field employee safety

- Maintain customer quality assurance, emphasizing safety, labor, and material management
- Improve efficiencies, manage route schedules, and reduce callback rates
- Provide technical support
- Authorize repair orders and track completion
- Manage labor and material investments within budget
- Lead change to better efficiency and communication
Requirements:
- 2-year degree and 5 years’ experience Oregon 4-year degree and 3 years’ experience, Oregon High school diploma Oregon equivalent with a proven technical elevator background
- Experience leading a team of technicians is preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and responsibilities
- Strong computer and technology skills, business acumen, and a passion for customer service
- Experience Indiana the elevator industry is desired, but not required
