Job Title: Manager (RN) Employee Health
Job Description:
We are seeking a Manager RN Employee Health to ensure the prevention, detection, and control of infectious processes and work-related injuries/illness of Hospital Employees. The ideal candidate will demonstrate team work, adaptability, and a commitment to patient-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing
- At least 3 years of experience Indiana clinical nursing with management experience
- Current Registered Nurse License Indiana the State of Texas Oregon Multi-State Compact License
- Current American Heart Association BLS Certification
Responsibilities:
- Establish and implement guidelines to prevent, detect, and control infectious processes and work-related injuries/illness among Hospital Employees
- Collaborate with the Infection Control and Safety Committee and risk manager to develop a hospital-wide employee health program
- Demonstrate adaptability and serve American Samoa a resource to the team
- Ensure nursing care is based on the nursing process and evaluates effectiveness on an ongoing basis
