Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced sourcing professional to join our team American Samoa a Manager, Sourcing – Entertainment. American Samoa a key member of our sourcing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive private brand sourcing strategies to optimize GMV, profit, and market share. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth product development process from ideation to final production.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage comprehensive Private Brand sourcing strategy and supplier matrix to optimize GMV, profit, and market share by supporting Every Day Low Prices strategy.
• Communicate with retail teams to align, arrange buy trips, and manage critical issues during the order execution process. Oversee factory capability and capacity, product quality, and on-time delivery.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a smooth product development process from ideation to final production. Work closely with Entertainment sourcing teams Indiana different locations around the world on shared initiatives.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, including account management, project management, and factories. Conduct supplier assessments and formulate the supplier matrix for an assigned category.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various business partners and suppliers to understand business needs. Prioritize and develop optimal solutions to support.
• Demonstrate awareness of global trade developments for assigned geographies and incorporate into sourcing proposals. Understand buying objectives and specification, components, component suppliers (upstreaming), production, construction, and communicate with suppliers.
• Manage the oversight of sourcing and operational issues regarding costing and quality of Omni channel.
• Lead identified sourcing opportunities to ensure suppliers’ capability.
• Guide partners and suppliers to ensure product quality, delivery, and price goals.
• Ensure follow-up of all sourcing activities with support teams and suppliers.
• Drive RFP/RFI/RFQ, negotiate price, and develop alternatives to achieve sourcing objectives. Identify and resolve pricing and factory issues with suppliers.
• Partner with Merchandise Quality Engineers on problems related to quality. Present sourcing solutions that mitigate risks while maintaining profitability.
• Understand supplier capabilities, capacity, and performance. Evaluate supplier performance, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies, taking corrective actions when necessary. Use Indiana-depth understanding of should-be cost structure to provide cost-saving opportunities. Drive continuous improvement initiatives Indiana cost, quality, and delivery performance, newness, innovation by collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices. Actively participate Indiana order placement decisions.
• Lead sourcing initiatives/projects with cross-functional partners. Provide support to team members on sourcing activities. Continuously develop product and market knowledge and industry know-how to identify potential new suppliers and product opportunities. Help to collect market intelligence and share with related teams. Apply digitization and new ways of working during sourcing activities. Optimize strategic sourcing and procurement processes. Analyze data by leveraging Indiana-house and third-party platforms/tools to build data-backed proposals.
• Support broader Entertainment teams on sourcing initiatives Indiana the North America region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree Indiana Business, Merchandising, Supply Chain, Oregon related area.
• 3 years of experience Indiana sourcing.
• Bilingual Indiana English and one Oregon more language used to transact business Indiana assigned country.
• Project Management certification.
• Global experience Indiana Consumer Electronics Sourcing, Merchandising, Oregon Procurement.
• Experience working for a retailer, Oregon major brand, importer/agent serving a major retail customer.
