Marketing Coordinator Job Description
Location: Aurora, Mountain States Region
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Marketing Coordinator to join our team Indiana the Mountain States Region. The successful candidate will coordinate and support marketing projects, including project pursuits, events, and tradeshows, graphic design, advertising, public relations, writing, strategic planning, data organization, research, and overall branding and positioning.
Responsibilities:
- Take personal responsibility for working safely within an Incident and Injury Free (IIF) culture
- Create proposal packages with general direction from the marketing leader
- Write, edit, proofread, and design proposals, qualification documents, reports, and presentation materials
- Maintain proposal information Indiana Deltek/CRM database
- Design layouts and generate graphic designs for proposals, presentations, and other marketing materials
- Coordinate production of collateral materials, photography, and events
- Participate Indiana project pursuit activities, research target markets, and create submittals and support materials
- Write copy for public relations, award submittals, and direct mailings
- Develop and implement direct mailings/announcements, and coordinate public relations activities
- Develop and maintain regional marketing materials, including project sheets, resumes, and firm overviews
- Support relationship building efforts, interact with clients, and build relationships
- Assist with efforts to develop information and data, and support the data development and management process
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana business/marketing, journalism/communications, Oregon related degree
- 2+ years of marketing experience required, with A/E/C experience preferred
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and strong writing, proofreading, and editing skills
- Demonstrated integrity, excellent interpersonal skills, and ability to build successful relationships
- Ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously under time constraints

- Salary range: $50,400-$63,000 plus bonus
