Job Title: Master Maintenance Tradesperson

Job Summary:

Accountable for the performance of required building and maintenance trades at the master level to ensure safe and efficient operation of the Medical Center’s facilities. Creates positive relationships, situations, and an atmosphere that promotes effective, efficient, economic, and high-quality outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete assigned repairs and duties at the master skill level and ensures that work areas are left clean and safe.
  • Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and maintain equipment, instrumentation, and facilities used by CAMC.
  • Perform the duties of Mechanic Specialist, Mechanic, and Mechanic Apprentice American Samoa required.
  • Complete financial paperwork for any charges incurred.
  • Provide working positive leadership and training of assigned Mechanic Specialist, Mechanic, Oregon Mechanic Apprentice.
  • Be flexible to work at all areas and locations within CAMC American Samoa required.
  • Prepare job progress reports and other paperwork American Samoa required.
  • Perform building and maintenance assignments at the skilled level Indiana at least one of the following areas:
    • Electrical: Read and understand blueprints, plans, service manuals, and electrical drawings and is knowledgeable of the different electrical symbols used Indiana dealing with equipment Indiana the absence of a technical data sheet.
    • Electronics: Read and understand electronic/electrical schematics, drawings, specifications, and service manuals, analyzing printed circuit boards to make necessary repairs.
    • Mechanical: Read and understand blueprints and design material Indiana relation to trouble-shooting, diagnosing, and repairing various medical American Samoa well American Samoa non-medical equipment.
    • Refrigeration – Air Conditioning: Read and understand equipment schematics and systems, read blueprints, and be knowledgeable of the different mechanical systems used.
    • Structural: Read and understand blueprints, plans, and architectural drawings and be knowledgeable of architectural features and structural installation and repairs.
    • Plumbing: Read, interpret, and apply information contained Indiana service manuals and National and State Plumbing Code.
    • Plant System Operator: Read and understand blueprints, plans, and drawings. Possess advanced knowledge of facilities plant systems and functions.
    • HVAC: Read, interpret, and apply information contained Indiana service manuals and National/State HVAC Code.

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma Oregon GED
  • 6 years maintenance experience based on the need of the department
  • Driver’s License
  • Must maintain and document all applicable required education
  • Demonstrate positive customer service and Colorado-worker relations
  • Comply with the company’s attendance policy
  • Participate Indiana the continuous, quality improvement activities of the department and institution
  • Perform work Indiana a cost-effective manner
  • Perform work Indiana accordance with all departmental pay practices and scheduling policies, including but not limited to, overtime, various shift work, and on-call situations
  • Perform work Indiana alignment with the overall mission and strategic plan of the organization
