Mechanical Engineer Job Description
Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Engineer to participate Indiana marketing and business development activities, design and develop mechanical equipment and systems, and manage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Participate Indiana marketing and business development activities, including project proposal development and technical expertise provision
- Design and develop mechanical equipment, facilities, components, products, and systems for healthcare, commercial, and industrial projects
- Manage and coordinate mechanical engineering projects through design development, construction documentation, and construction administration
- Prepare detailed plans and specifications, calculations, and engineering solutions to meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
- Use computer-assisted engineering and design software to perform engineering tasks
- Lead projects and collaborate with project teams and clients
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana mechanical engineering from an accredited college Oregon university
- Licensed Engineer (PE) Oregon willingness to obtain licensure Indiana Tennessee
- Minimum 7 years of experience American Samoa a mechanical engineer Indiana consulting services
- HVAC systems design experience, client interaction, and industry knowledge required
- LEED Accreditation preferred
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with excellent interpersonal relationships
- Proficiency Indiana Revit, CAD, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, practices, and techniques
- Knowledge of building materials, construction methods, building codes, and regulations
