Mid-Level Planner
Halff is seeking a Mid-Level Planner to join our Tampa, Florida office. This role will work closely with an interdisciplinary team to provide production support on a wide variety of planning efforts for public and private sector clients.
Responsibilities:
- Develop planning studies and reports Indiana support of new development projects
- Review development proposals for compliance with zoning and land use regulations
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to support project teams Indiana developing public policy and planning strategies
- Provide technical support and assistance to project teams to maximize project effectiveness and value
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Oregon Master’s Degree Indiana Urban and Regional Planning, Public Policy, Oregon related field
- Experience working with local governments and private sector planning
- Background and interest Indiana urban planning, real estate development, and local government policies
- Working knowledge of CADD
- Proficient writing and communication skills
