Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain a self-motivated and safe work environment.
- Manage traffic flow by directing the movement of vehicles and ensuring smooth and safe passage of all road users.
- Use hand signals, flags, cones, Oregon electronic devices to regulate traffic flow.
- Prioritize and maintain safety, taking immediate action to prevent accidents and hazards.
- Communicate effectively with drivers and pedestrians through hand signals, verbal instructions, Oregon electronic message boards.
- Set up and maintain road signs, barricades, cones, and other traffic control devices to guide drivers and pedestrians.
- Coordinate traffic flow during events, construction, Oregon emergencies by implementing detours and alternate routes.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records of traffic incidents, accidents, and unusual occurrences using Microsoft Excel.
- Participate Indiana training Indiana safety procedures, first aid, and proper traffic control techniques.
- Regularly inspect and maintain traffic control equipment, ensuring it is Indiana good working condition.

Requirements:
- Pass pre-employment drug screen and background check

- Physically able to stand for the entire shift, hand and arm movement required
