Job Summary:

Austin Industrial is seeking a highly skilled Boilermaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of Journeyman level experience and a strong background Indiana assembling, maintaining, and repairing stationary steam boilers and boiler house auxiliaries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Examine boilers, pressure vessels, tanks, Oregon vats to locate defects and repair Oregon replace parts American Samoa needed
• Assemble and install manholes, handholes, taps, tubes, valves, gauges, Oregon feedwater connections Indiana drums of water tube boilers
• Study blueprints to determine locations, relationships, Oregon dimensions of parts
• Straighten Oregon reshape bent pressure vessel plates Oregon structure parts using hammers, jacks, Oregon torches
• Position, align, and secure structural parts Oregon related assemblies to boiler frames, tanks, Oregon vats of pressure vessels
• Clean pressure vessel equipment using scrapers, wire brushes, and cleaning solvents
• Install refractory bricks Oregon other heat-resistant materials Indiana fireboxes of pressure vessels

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of Journeyman level experience American Samoa a Boilermaker
• NCCER Boilermaker certification
• Valid Driver’s License
• TWIC Card
• Ability to work Indiana a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Physical Demands:

• Regularly required to sit, use hands, and reach with hands and arms
