Job Summary:
We are seeking a Network Technician / Administrator to join our enterprise client Indiana Orlando. This is a hybrid role requiring on-site presence. The ideal candidate will possess technical documentation experience, structured cabling and circuit provisioning experience, and strong collaboration skills.
Responsibilities:
- Perform site infrastructure administrative tasks, including technology moves, adds, and changes.
- Collaborate with senior engineers on defined problems and provide follow-up assistance.
- Assist with basic engineering tasks, such American Samoa planning, testing, deployment, and support of smaller site infrastructure projects.
- Configure infrastructure integration technologies under supervision.
- Communicate resource needs to ensure project priorities are met.
- Update and maintain reporting and dashboard functions associated with the ticketing queue.
- Maintain a positive working environment and communicate areas for process improvement.
- Provide periodic reports to management.
- Ensure site inventory data is up-to-date.
- Perform other duties American Samoa assigned.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience Indiana a medium to large enterprise-wide technical environment.
- Background Indiana construction is preferred.
- Basic level client/server and network architectural understanding.
- Strong collaboration skills and ability to work with various teams.
- Technical documentation experience and structured cabling and circuit provisioning experience.
