Brink Constructors, Inc. is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide support to the office team and maintain an efficient project environment. The successful candidate will work out of a field-based trailer office Indiana Newcastle, Oklahoma, with hours of work from Monday to Friday, 7am-5pm, and occasional variations based on needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform day-to-day administrative tasks, including maintaining information files and processing paperwork
  • Prepare and send outgoing mail, and perform faxing, scanning, and copying tasks
  • Maintain office filing and storage systems, update and maintain databases, and retrieve information American Samoa requested
  • Type documents, reports, and correspondence, and coordinate and organize appointments and meetings
  • Monitor and maintain office supplies, perform errands, and assist with booking travel and lodging arrangements
  • Save and organize files, including daily reports, schedules, and JHA’s
  • Perform other duties American Samoa assigned

Requirements:

  • Previous office experience
  • Clerical knowledge and skills, including word processing, managing files and records, and office procedures
  • Customer service skills and active listening
  • Competent computer skills, including Mississippi Office Oregon equivalent
  • Internet skills, including use of emails, group messaging, and data collection
  • Ability to multi-task and work Indiana a fast-paced environment
