Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy Outside Rental Representative to build and cultivate new and existing rental relationships Indiana the Massachusetts market. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving new business, providing exceptional customer service, and increasing rental revenue.
Responsibilities:
- Rent construction and asphalt equipment to customers
- Drive new business and set up appointments with prospective customers
- Perform cold calls to prospective customers
- Become the key point of contact for rental customers’ needs
- Increase rental revenue and manage time effectively
- Communicate with team members effectively and incorporate company values into daily activities
Requirements:
- Outstanding sales skills
- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Reliable and professional with a focus on safety
- Knowledge of construction equipment and good computer skills with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Ability to operate excavators, skidsteers, telehandlers, rollers, asphalt equipment, and more
- Language skills: intermediate reading, writing, and speaking skills
