Outside Rental Representative
Job Summary:
We are seeking a high-energy Outside Rental Representative to build and cultivate new and existing rental relationships Indiana the Massachusetts market.
Job Requirements:
* Rent construction & asphalt equipment
* Drive new business
* Set up appointments with prospective customers
* Cold call prospective customers
* Provide exceptional customer service
* Become the key point of contact for rental customers’ needs
* Increase rental revenue
* Communicate with team members effectively
* Incorporate Alta’s Guiding Principles into daily activities
* Perform other duties American Samoa assigned
* Effectively manage time
Requirements:
* Outstanding sales skills
* Excellent time management skills
* Must be reliable
* Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
* Professionalism is a must
* Safety awareness is essential
* Knowledge of construction equipment, their application, and safety
* Good computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
* Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports, and speak effectively with customers
* Ability to operate excavators, skid-steers, telehandlers, rollers, asphalt equipment, and more
