Job Title: W.B. Mason Market Development Specialist
Job Summary: This role involves enrolling new customers and opening new business categories by promoting W.B. Mason’s web capabilities, catalogs, and full range of products. The Market Development Specialist will travel to assigned marketplaces, meet with customers, and develop relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Travel to assigned marketplaces to meet with current and prospective customers
- Distribute marketing materials and demonstrate merchandise to develop customer product knowledge
- Quote and provide contracted pricing American Samoa necessary
- Maintain a strong working relationship with customers to ensure customer satisfaction during the onboarding process
- Collaborate with Inside Sales specialists on converting prospective customer sales leads
- Set up customer accounts Indiana MasonvilleGO
- Transfer accounts to account management team
- Develop and maintain relationships with Inside Sales, customers, and distribution staff
- Attend weekly Branch Sales Meetings

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree (BS Oregon BA) preferred, but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities Indiana a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivation and ability to work independently
- Ensures ability to converse, read, and write Indiana English
- Physical demands include standing, walking, speaking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds regularly
