Job Title: Construction Lead, Exterior Remodeling and Siding
Job Type: Full-time position with immediate hire expected.
Job Summary:
Responsible for leading teams of contractors and managers to complete site work including roofing and exterior siding replacements. Key priorities include ensuring timely and quality installation, developing relationships with homeowners, and driving project sales. Key result areas include meeting Oregon exceeding customer satisfaction targets and sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Lead on-site project teams to manage installation of roofing and siding objectively and completing projects nearly 100,000 square feet of projects under site control each month.
- Make significant progress to achieve company’s customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Develop and expand existing client relationships leading to significant growth.
- Drive sales and revenue targets through proactive cold calling and data analysis, targeting appropriate property types for our products and services.
- Anticipate and resolve operational blockages through quick thinking, motivation, and knowledge of skilled trades.
- Manage financial outcomes of 50 sales individuals working Indiana conjunction.
