PARALEGAL SPECIALIST I Recruitment
Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Paralegal Specialist I to join our team Indiana the Office of the Attorney General. American Samoa a key member of our team, you will provide support to our attorneys Indiana managing complex cases, conducting legal research, and drafting documents.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and summarize information on statutes, financial records, and legal decisions for internal use

- Draft legal documents, including federal habeas procedural histories, discovery requests, and exhibit lists
- Prepare exhibits for hearings, depositions, and trials
- Coordinate service of process and subpoenas
- Examine and summarize briefs, petitions, and complaints
- Assist Indiana case preparation for civil litigation, criminal law proceedings, and agency hearings

Qualifications:
