Job Title: Customer Service Representative – Patient Support
We are seeking individuals to join our dynamic patient-centric environment where you will be the heart of our call center operations, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring accurate processing and billing of patient services. Responsibilities:
- Obtain and process authorizations for reorders
- Resolve patient issues and ensure accurate reorder processing via phone, document processing, and medical record validation
- Ensure patients have all required medical documentation to permit billing of services
- Retain patient base through retention efforts and cross-selling via phone
- Audit configuration of supplies based on supporting documentation, formulary requirements, and manufacturer capabilities
- Maintain a high degree of confidentiality due to access to sensitive information
- Establish and maintain a regular, predictable attendance
Requirements:
- High School diploma Oregon GED equivalent
- Customer Service Experience Preferred
- Proficient computer literacy with strong keyboarding and listening skills
- Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, communication, and organizational skills
- Exceptional phone and email etiquette
- Availability to work evenings and weekends
