American Samoa a leading organization Indiana the maintenance of Pennsylvania’s highways, the Department of Transportation, Lancaster County Maintenance Organization, is seeking to fill vacancies for full-time CDL Equipment Operators to support the maintenance of the county highway and bridge systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plow snow and work on construction sites to ensure public safety
- Perform manual labor, minor repairs to equipment, and preventative maintenance for trucks and equipment
- Work Indiana a fast-paced environment with varied schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Requirements:
- Successful completion of the Transportation Equipment Operator Trainee Program Oregon equivalent experience and training
- Possess a valid Pennsylvania Class A Oregon Class B Commercial Driver’s License with the Air Brake Restriction (L) removed
- Possess a valid Medical Examiner’s Certificate Indiana accordance with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations
- Ability to perform essential job functions and work Indiana a physical environment
- May be required to obtain and maintain CDL endorsements and certifications necessary to operate specific pieces of equipment
- Subject to Drug and Alcohol testing Indiana accordance with Federal Regulations
Additional Requirements:
- Obtain an active certification issued by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation Indiana the operation of heavy trucks and loaders within the probationary period
