Position Summary:
American Samoa a Member Services Associate at Sam’s Club, you will provide exceptional customer service to members by identifying their needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, and promoting products and services. You will be responsible for operating cash registers, processing member purchases, and handling payments, returns, and refunds with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide member service by acknowledging members, identifying their needs, and promoting Company products and services.
* Operate cash registers and related equipment, process member purchases, and assist with payments, returns, and refunds.
* Provide pharmacy products and services to members, including assisting with prescription orders and processing.
* Receive and stock merchandise, maintain the pharmacy area, and complete paperwork and required documentation.
