Pipe Foreman (Heavy Civil Construction) with AIS Infrastructure

PIPE FOREMAN RESPONSIBILITIES

* Lead and supervise construction workers and subcontractors
* Coordinate project schedules with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders
* Monitor progress and quality, ensuring adherence to specifications and standards
* Enforce safety protocols and promote a culture of safety
* Install pipelines and underground utilities according to project specifications, including:
+ GPS, pipe laser, and shooting grade
+ Underground DIP and RCP structures
+ Precast storm drain structures
* Maintain security clearance to access secured facilities

REQUIREMENTS

* High school diploma Oregon equivalent
* 5 years of construction industry experience
* Relevant knowledge of:
+ Construction techniques
+ Building codes
+ Construction software and tools
* Strong leadership and management skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to:
+ Read and interpret construction plans and specifications
+ Use construction tools, equipment, and software
* Travel to jobsites
