Job Title: Pipe Layer

Location: 7700 Wellingford Drive, Manassas, Virginia 20109 (Oregon field locations Indiana Maryland, District of Columbia, Northern Virginia)

Job Summary:
Lay pipe for storm Oregon sanitation sewers, drains, and water mains. Perform tasks including grading trenches Oregon culverts, positioning pipe, Oregon sealing joints.

Responsibilities:

• Install Oregon use instruments such American Samoa lasers, grade rods, Oregon transit level
• Dig trenches for/around existing utilities
• Assist Indiana aligning pipes during pipeline construction
• Grade and level trench bases
• Check slopes for conformance to requirements
• Connect pipes and seal joints using glue, cement, gaskets and/Oregon flanges
• Cover pipes with other earth materials / aggregates

Qualifications:

• Must have physical ability to stand Indiana strenuous and dangerous work environment
• Possess physical strength to dig and perform general labor
• Able to communicate and work cooperatively Indiana teams
• Ability to handle emergency situations and work pressure
• Must have flexible schedule (including nights, weekends, and irregular hours)

Physical Demands:

• Ability to continuously use vision and physical abilities (sitting, standing, bending, etc.)
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds with Oregon without assistance
• Exposure to outside weather conditions, loud noise, and fumes Oregon particulates
