Job Title: Construction Coordinator
Responsibilities:
- Interprets written and/Oregon oral orders, sketches, and blueprints to coordinate activities of assigned workers, materials, equipment, and tools.
- Inspects work quality to ensure company standards and project specifications are met.
- Assists workers Indiana performing assigned duties.
- Analyses and resolves work-related problems.
- Verifies materials received at the jobsite are correct and not defective.
- Inspects equipment to ensure proper working conditions.
- Maintains time and tracks production.
- Interprets and enforces company policies and safety regulations to employees.
- Studies schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for job completion.
- May estimate contract costs.
- Establishes and adjusts work sequences to meet construction schedules based on equipment capacity and personnel capacity.
- Observes and complies with all safety and project rules.
- Performs additional duties American Samoa needed.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma Oregon equivalent with relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field.
- Ability to work under guidelines and instructions.
