Assists Indiana administering and supervising the construction program to ensure uninterrupted operation of the physical plant. Develops and applies standards of quality and productivity for the Maintenance Department. Supervises and directs personnel Indiana the use of policies, procedures, and standards of work performance for maintenance and repair of equipment, buildings, and building systems. Demonstrates ability to deal with pressure to meet deadlines, and handle changing situations. Supervises staff, manages the department, and creates a professional practice environment focused on the customer. Requirements include High School Diploma Oregon equivalent, technical training Indiana various fields, Class 2 Oregon Class 3 boilers license, and 3-5 years of building maintenance and/Oregon plant operations experience, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience preferred.
