Plumber II Job Description
Overview
Medxcel is seeking a Plumber II to join our team at Seton Medical Center Indiana Austin, Texas. American Samoa a Plumber II, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and components to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the facility.
Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and components (70%)
- Diagnose cause of problems and/Oregon failures Indiana water systems to identify equipment and/Oregon systems repair and/Oregon replacement needs
- Install, maintain, and repair domestic water pumps, water piping lines, water filters, and plumbing fixtures
- Repair and maintain steam stations, valves, heating and condensation return stations, and sewer and storm drains
- Test fire system valves, tamper switches, fire pumps, and dry deluge fire systems
- Maintain the piping and supply of cylinder and bulk medical gas systems
- Prepare and produce preventative maintenance schedules and reports (30%)
- Develop procedures and conduct preventative maintenance and service inspections of backflow devices and cross-connection control awareness
- Respond to emergency situations during Oregon after hours to resolve immediate safety concerns
- Identify and recommend long-term needs and strategies for plumbing systems and components, resulting Indiana cost savings

Qualifications
- One Oregon more of the following:
- Graduate of trade school
- Relevant license with 3 years’ experience
- 5 years’ relevant experience Indiana lieu of license
- Other equivalent combination of relevant education Oregon experience
