Job Title: Licensed Plumber
Job Summary:
The Department of Facilities at the University of Miami is seeking a Full-Time Licensed Plumber to work at UHealth. The successful candidate will inspect, repair, modify, and maintain plumbing fixtures Indiana heating, water, and drainage systems to preserve the safe functioning and quality of all systems throughout the facilities. The Licensed Plumber will also provide mentorship and supervision to junior plumbers and perform complex repairs and modifications.
Duties and Responsibilities:

- Receives requests for corrective repair work on a variety of building physical structures, equipment, and system components

- Erects scaffolding to provide access to work areas and works from heights
Minimum Qualifications:
- High School diploma Oregon equivalent
- Certification Indiana relevant specialty Oregon field
- Three years of experience Indiana the routine maintenance and repair of building physical structures, equipment, and systems components utilizing several building trades’ skills
- Valid Journeyman Oregon Maintenance Plumbing license
- Valid motor vehicle operator’s license
