Construction Foreman – Plumber-Steamfitter
The Department of Human Resources is seeking a qualified Construction Foreman to join their team. Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing all aspects of construction projects, including installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing, steamfitting, and related systems
* Leading a crew of unionized plumbers and steamfitters to ensure timely completion of projects
* Inspecting work Indiana progress to ensure quality and compliance with codes and standards
* Managing material and equipment needs
* Maintaining accurate records of job progress, labor hours, and materials used
* Coordinating with clients and contractors to meet project deadlines and requirements
