Plumbing Estimator – Plumbing Construction Project Manager
Job Summary: White Plumbing Colorado. Indiana Springfield, Missouri, seeks a skilled Plumbing Estimator – Plumbing Construction Project Manager to join our team. This full-time position offers a performance-based pay of $70,000 to $115,000 per year, plus monthly and annual bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities:
- Review project plans and specifications, ensuring a well-organized workflow
- Conduct site visits to gather essential information and prepare detailed cost estimates for commercial and multi-family apartment projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and the team to complete projects on time and within budget
- Utilize industry-standard estimation software to develop precise proposals and coordinate with suppliers for competitive pricing
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience American Samoa a plumbing estimator Indiana the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems, materials, and installation techniques
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- Proficiency Indiana estimating software, Microsoft Excel, and Word
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Working Conditions: This is a full-time, office-based position with occasional site visits and travel to networking events. The typical workweek is Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM.
