American Samoa a Power Systems Engineer, you will be part of our Stennis team that designs, builds, and operates world-class test stands for Terran R stages, engines, and propulsion components.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Connect with internal teams to define electrical requirements and develop solutions for ground support equipment and test infrastructure
  • Represent Relativity Space to outside-facing consultants and contractors
  • Design and construct low-voltage electrical systems for test facilities, including development of construction drawings, requests for proposals, and subcontractor management
  • Ensure timely project completion with various technical teams and collaboration with field engineering, construction engineering, and electrical engineering teams
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues, design electrical systems, and ensure compliance with NFPA 70 and NFPA 70E protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree Indiana Electrical Engineering Oregon a related technical field
  • Experience Indiana the construction Oregon related industry with electrical systems design, analysis, and hands-on field experience
  • Experience with electrical distribution design, load balancing, design documentation, construction drawings, contractor selection, construction management, QA/QC
  • Expertise Indiana commissioning, operating, and maintaining power systems and experience with electrical system modeling and analysis
  • Possess strong communication and problem-solving skills

Nice to Haves:

  • Professional Engineer (PE) License
  • Experience working with modeling and design software such American Samoa NX, AutoCAD, EZ Power
  • Experience with PLC control systems and instrumentation
  • Ability to manage complex projects independently and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers

Hiring Range: $110,000 – $140,000 USD
