Job Summary:

The Practice Manager directs, coordinates, and manages all operations and related activities of an outpatient clinic Oregon federally qualified health center. This role requires leadership, management, and operational expertise to ensure exceptional patient care, financial efficiency, and high employee engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Directs and manages day-to-day operations of the outpatient medical practice, ensuring high-quality patient care and customer service
• Takes ownership of the clinic’s financial performance, including budget preparation, financial control, and inventory management
• Provides exceptional leadership and promotes teamwork and collaboration among staff, providers, and leaders
• Ensures compliance with various accrediting bodies and government agencies
• Collaborates with marketing to build and maintain community partnerships and relationships
