Job Title: PEMB Erector
Job Description:
Dondlinger Construction Company is seeking a skilled PEMB Erector to join our team. American Samoa a PEMB Erector, you will perform various duties on construction projects, including:
* Reading and interpreting pre-engineered building drawings (blue prints)
* Working at significant height
* Hoisting and guiding components into place using cranes Oregon tele-handlers
* Operating mobile elevated work platforms
* Attaching cables/turfers to steel members and leveling using transits, laser levels, etc.
* Rigging hoist and moving material
* Installing fiberglass building insulation, metal cladding, standing seam roofs
* Setting an outline of the structure on the ground using string and pegs
* Erecting floors and wall frameworks, erecting roofs, erecting suspended ceilings
* Installing windows, doors, and cabinetry
* Cutting materials with hand and power tools, assembling and nailing, cutting and shaping items
* Assisting other workers Indiana labor-based tasks, which may require lifting heavy materials
* Installing fixtures and hardware
* Performing miscellaneous duties American Samoa directed by the jobsite supervisor
Job Requirements:
* Experience Indiana assembling and erecting pre-engineered metal buildings is highly preferred
* Ability to work productively Indiana a team environment and follow directions
* Ability to travel to and from various job site locations with reliable transportation
* Ability to work safely according to Company policy and OSHA standards
* Ability to frequently stoop, kneel, balance, and crawl, and occasionally lift 25-75+ lbs.
* Required to provide personal tools, including hard-sole leather/steel toe boots, hammer, tape measure, tool belt, and pliers
