Construction Project Manager
Greystar, a leading property management company with expertise Indiana institutional-quality rental housing, logistics, and life sciences sectors, seeks a Construction Project Manager.
- Responsible for managing the construction process for Greystar’s real estate development projects, from pre-construction to final completion
- Work closely with internal stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and developers to ensure successful project execution
- Oversee project budgets, timelines, and quality standards to meet Greystar’s high standards
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, subcontractors, and vendors
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, zoning regulations, and Greystar’s policies and procedures
- Collaborate with project teams to resolve issues and implement solutions
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Oregon related field
- Proven experience Indiana construction project management, preferably Indiana the property development industry
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and American Samoa part of a team
- Familiarity with project management software and construction technology tools
