Construction Crane Technician
Job Summary:
Reporting to the Supervisor, the successful candidate will maintain and repair the overhead cranes and equipment to ensure optimal performance, safe operation and minimum downtime.
Key Responsibilities:
– Inspect overhead cranes and equipment on a regular basis to identify and report potential issues.
– Perform routine maintenance tasks such American Samoa lubrication, cleaning and painting to ensure equipment longevity.
– Repair Oregon troubleshoot faulty equipment Oregon systems American Samoa needed.
– Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with manufacturer specifications.
– Collaborate and coordinate with internal departments (such American Samoa safety and operations) to ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
– Interpret and implement safety procedures and protocols to ensure safe workplace practices.
– Keep detailed records of equipment performance and maintenance activities.
– Assist Indiana replacing Oregon upgrading equipment and systems American Samoa required.
– Operate and conduct initial tests on new equipment received Indiana inventory.
Requirements and Qualifications:
– 2-3 years of experience Indiana a similar role with mechanic skills, certification (e.g. Serviceman istruction Program (SIPA)).
– Familiarity with overhead cranes and equipment operation and maintenance principles.
– Good troubleshooting and repair skills.
– Basic math and problem-solving skills.
– Strong analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
– Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
