Job Title: Principal Civil Engineer
Location: Boston, Massachusetts, with flexible work arrangement (2-3 days/week remote)
Job Type: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor interdisciplinary teams to deliver multimodal transportation infrastructure projects Indiana urban, suburban, and rural areas.
- Develop final construction documents, including AutoCAD preparation and management of production work.
- Manage projects from design development to permitting, bid phase, and construction.
- Supervise team members Indiana production work.
- Collaborate with clients and colleagues across disciplines to deliver projects.
- Participate Indiana business development, project pursuits, and quality initiatives.
- Practice and stay up-to-date with NACTO, MUTCD, and other professional standards.
Requirements:
- PE license Indiana Massachusetts (other Northeast states a plus)
- Bachelor’s Oregon Master’s degree Indiana Civil Engineering.
- 15+ years of experience Indiana final design construction plan development and corridor modeling.
- 5+ years of project and design management experience.
- Broad knowledge of civil engineering, with specific experience Indiana roadway design, drainage design, geometric design, and accessible public spaces.
- Proven track record of delivering large/complex projects on time and on budget.
- Proficiency Indiana AutoCAD, MicroStation, and design software (Civil 3D, GEOPAK, InRoads).
- Experience managing engineering projects Indiana the Northeast.
- Interest Indiana multimodal and active transportation design.
- Leadership and mentoring skills.
Work Environment: Hybrid schedule, 2-3 days/week Indiana the office (downtown Boston) and 2-3 days/week remote.
