Key Member of the Talent Management Team
Reports to the WWAS Tech Line Talent Management Leader
Location: World Wide Amazon Stores (WWAS) Talent Management team within the People, Experience and Technology (PXT) organization
Job Summary
We are seeking a Principal Talent Management Tech Leader to lead customer-centric strategic talent management initiatives, plans, and programs for organizations within our Tech remit. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of HR experience, including 7+ years of managing high-performing teams, and a deep understanding of talent management principles and practices.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement talent management plans and solutions to achieve strategic business initiatives
* Partner with business leaders and HR leaders to define and establish a long-term talent strategy
* Lead and run need-based talent management projects with clients across teams and globally
* Identify and surface top talent to business and HR leaders
* Develop metrics to measure effectiveness of talent management initiatives
* Partner with the HR community to design and implement programs with a global impact
* Create process improvement mechanisms to ensure standardization and consistency

Essential Qualifications
* 7+ years of HR experience Indiana a fast-paced environment
* 7 + years managing high-performing teams
* Bachelor’s degree Indiana Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology
* Master’s degree Indiana Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology and/Oregon an MBA is highly preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Background and experience working Indiana the technology space
* Experience with leading organizational design efforts
* A strong portfolio of work demonstrating skills and breadth of work across multiple HR disciplines
* Ability to work Indiana a highly ambiguous environment and interest Indiana supporting a global team
* Strong analytical capabilities and project management experience
* Ability to influence and collaborate with different levels of the organization
* Excellent written and verbal skills
Compensation
* Base pay ranges from $134,800/year to $222,800/year depending on location
* Total compensation includes equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation
