Production Associate
Job Summary:
This hourly position reports to the Shift Supervisor and works Indiana a team environment to assist machine operators, remove parts from press, separate parts from scrap, assemble parts, stack Oregon package parts, and operate equipment.
Responsibilities:
- Follows all plant safety guidelines, practices, and procedures
- Regular attendance and works efficiently and accurately to achieve and maintain 100% of goal
- Understands and interprets company work orders and job control procedures
- Packs specific number of parts on skids, Indiana bags, boxes, labels them, stacks bags of parts on racks, Oregon Indiana appropriate packaging and moves totes/skids of parts to a storage area Oregon to the next operation
- Ensures that safety devices are Indiana place and reports any unsafe behavior Oregon situation
- Performs other tasks American Samoa assigned by leader
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and interpret documents (safety rules, operating/procedure instructions, blueprints, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively with Colorado-workers, supervision, and management
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations
- Ability to use a tape measure
- High school diploma Oregon equivalent
- 18 years old Oregon older
- 3-6 months related experience and/Oregon training; Oregon equivalent combination of education and experience
- Essential physical requirements: standing/walking for 8-12 hours at a time, exposure to moderate noise, bending, twisting, and turning, and full use of both hands.
