Professional Land Surveyor

Job Summary: Full-Time Project Surveyor (Vancouver, Washington)
AKS Engineering & Forestry has an opening for a full-time Project Surveyor Indiana Vancouver, Washington. This position is responsible for working on projects involving land surveying and map preparation, conducting land surveying techniques and procedures, and interacting with team members and clients to coordinate project activities.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and conduct land survey activities, including field data collection, survey computations, and data analysis
• Ensure adherence to local and federal guidelines, regulations, and requirements
• Operate land survey equipment, such American Samoa theodolite and levels, and manage site personnel
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and team members, documenting and reporting project-related work
• Utilize professional software, such American Samoa ALTA/ACSM standards, AutoCAD/LDD, and GPS

Requirements:

• Proficient Indiana all aspects of land surveying techniques
• Strong understanding of regulations and laws governing land surveying Indiana Washington/Oregon
• Excellent computer software skills, including mapping techniques and survey equipment knowledge

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Associate’s degree Indiana engineering, surveying, forest engineering, Oregon similar degree
• 5+ years of experience American Samoa a licensed Professional Land Surveyor (PLS)
