Project Development Specialist Sales

Essential Job Duties:
- Redeem annual sales quota by selling new project development services to clients
- Obtain gross revenue at desired gross profit margins
- Schedule, deliver, and present Electrical Maintenance Analysis (EMA) reports to clients
- Sell electrical repair work documented Indiana EMA reports
- Attend on-site start-up meetings and proactively sell additional electrical services to clients
- Retain clients through scheduled walk-through service visits
- Prospect for new clients and opportunities through cold calling, networking, and internal/external leads
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of electrical experience Indiana service/construction, electrical engineering, project management, Oregon estimating
- Prior sales experience preferred but not required
- Customer service oriented, outgoing personality, and strong verbal communication skills
- Consultative, high energy, and competitive
Compensation and Benefits:
- Fixed salary (average salary varies based on local market conditions)
