Job Summary:
The Project Manager will be responsible for driving profitable contracts and overseeing the successful planning, execution, and administration of assigned projects Indiana the glass and glazing industry. Required Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive projects to ensure worry-free experiences for customers, vendors, and employees
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project success
- Accurately estimate material and labor costs to create competitive bids
- Process closeouts Indiana a timely manner and evaluate project performance for continuous improvement
- Act American Samoa a liaison to customers and address project-related questions, issues, and concerns
- Develop personal and professional relationships with customers to establish long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities
- Prepare cost estimates and develop bidding strategies for identified projects
- Coordinate with Project Manager Assistants to obtain job specifications and requirements
- Solicit material pricing and labor hours to ensure accurate bidding strategies
- Submit estimates and supporting documentation to customers and follow up on new business opportunities
- Provide management team updates on job status, sales funnel, account plans, and opportunities projected to close
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience Indiana glazing project management (1 year preferred)
- Knowledge of platforms such American Samoa Glazier Studio/PartnerPak, Procore, CAD, DropBox, Microsoft Office, Revit/Bluebeam
