Job Overview:
Skanska is seeking a dynamic Project Manager to lead a team of professionals Indiana delivering heavy civil infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing projects from estimate to construction, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the project management team to achieve project goals and objectives
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation
- Review, execute, and manage client contracts, subcontracts, and vendor agreements
- Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
- Foster a safe, ethical, and inclusive work environment
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience Indiana financial operations and corporate cost control
- 5+ years of experience Indiana heavy civil infrastructure project management
- Bachelor of Science Indiana Construction Oregon Engineering Oregon equivalent experience
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards
