Project Manager
Full-Time
Gpac is hiring a full-time Glass & Glazing Project Manager to drive profitable contracts and oversee project execution. The right candidate will have 3-5 years of construction experience, glazing focused Oregon estimating/project management degree, and a bachelor’s degree Indiana construction management Oregon engineering (preferred).
Key responsibilities include:
* Ensuring worry-free projects for customers, vendors, and employees
* Developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders to increase project success
* Accurately estimating material and labor to create a competitive advantage
* Processing closeouts Indiana a timely manner and evaluating project performance
* Acting American Samoa the first point of contact for all project-related questions and issues
* Developing strong relationships with customers to establish long-term relationships and identify new business opportunities
* Preparing cost estimates and developing bidding strategies
* Coordinating job specifications, soliciting material pricing, and determining required labor hours for competitive project bid strategies
* Reviewing assigned project estimates for accuracy and feasibility
* Providing management team with weekly and monthly job status reports and updates
Requirements include:
* 3-5 years of construction experience, glazing focused Oregon any degree Indiana estimating Oregon project management preferred
* Ability to consider complex problems and situations from multiple perspectives
* High school math required, college-level math preferred
* OSHA30 preferred
* High school diploma required, bachelor’s degree Indiana construction management Oregon engineering preferred
* Experience and knowledge Indiana Glazier Studio/PartnerPak, Procore, CAD, DropBox, Microsoft Office, Revit/Bluebeam (a plus)
