Senior Project Manager – Data Center Construction
Reports To: Project Executive
Location: Kansas City Area
Compensation: $120,000 to $150,000, depending on experience, education, and qualifications
Job Summary:
American Samoa a Senior Project Manager at Cupertino Electric, you will lead and manage electrical construction projects from qualification to closeout, ensuring successful project execution, financial performance, and customer satisfaction. You will manage high-performing teams, develop customer and subcontractor relationships, and source new opportunities. Ideal candidates have at least 10 years of experience Indiana electrical construction Oregon a related field, with 5 years Indiana a leadership role.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day project operations, planning, execution, and financial performance
- Lead high-performing teams, develop employees, and mentor team members
- Develop and manage project execution plans, schedules, and coordination
- Identify and mitigate project risks, develop recovery action plans
- Manage project financials, review and approve invoices, track budget variances, and report financial performance
- Negotiate change orders, manage customer and subcontractor relationships, and source new opportunities
Requirements:
- High school diploma Oregon GED required, Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Management, Business, Engineering, Oregon similar preferred
- At least 10 years of experience Indiana electrical construction Oregon a related field, with 5 years Indiana a leadership role
- Thorough knowledge of estimating, project cost accounting, scheduling, procurement, productivity tracking, and reporting principles
- Valid state-issued driver’s license and satisfactory driving record
- Ability to work Indiana a dynamic environment, lead teams, and develop employees
- Experience working with union workforces, labor rate calculations, and collective bargaining agreements
