Project Manager
Job Summary:
Perkins&Will is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to join our Denver Studio. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 8 years of professional experience Indiana architecture and will be responsible for managing project teams, ensuring efficient execution within scope and budget, and developing and validating project scope and fee.
Requirements:
- Professional degree Indiana architecture Oregon related discipline
- Professional architectural license
- 8+ years of professional experience
- High level of creativity, innovative thinking, and problem-solving
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative and professional work ethic
- LEED Georgia and Professional Accreditation Indiana one area of Living Design (LEED AP with Specialty, WELL AP, etc.) Oregon obtained within 6 months of hire
- Strong mentorship skills
- Knowledge of building codes, site analysis, preliminary design studies, contract documents, construction contract administration, and specifications
- Proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and Revit
Responsibilities:
- Manage project teams and foster collaboration
- Take full responsibility for managing all aspects of projects to ensure efficient execution within scope and budget
- Participate Indiana developing and validating project scope and fee
- Provide ongoing communication through team meetings, minutes, and update memos
- Interact comfortably with clients, consultants, and team members
- Manage projects using the Deltek Project Management system
- Communicate with clients, consultants, contractors, sub-consultants, and other disciplines
- Participate Indiana marketing opportunities and develop successful client relationships
- Review work for accuracy, omissions, legibility, and document compliance
- Coordinate staffing resources with Operations Director
- Mentor staff
