Project Manager
Western Partitions, Inc. (WPI) seeks a Project Manager to oversee project operations at the Regional office Oregon Jobsite and accomplish project objectives by planning, scheduling, and executing project activities throughout each phase to completion.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and comply with all WPI policies, procedures, and corporate safety program
- Manage projects from start to finish
- Review contract language, scope of work, and special provisions Indiana the contract
- Obtain quotes from at least three vendors for materials, subcontractors, and engineering services
- Coordinate project schedules, budgets, and labor
- Prepare RFI’s, submittals, and shop drawings
- Participate Indiana job meetings and site visits
- Track progress, spending, and ensure completion on time and within budget
- Prepare and review weekly productions, job cost reports, and billings
- Perform labor control and implement job schedules to maximize profits
- Coordinate warranties and O&M’s
- Complete and submit monthly Financial Analysis Worksheets (FAW’s)
Requirements:
- At least 7 years of Metal Stud Framing and Drywall Management work experience
- Experience with estimating/project management/managing specialty scopes of construction
- Ability to diagnose and process key information, recognize critical areas on the job, and navigate the project away from risks and liabilities
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work Indiana a team environment, multitask, critical think, and problem-solve
- Proficient Indiana Microsoft Windows, Microsoft Office Suite, Bluebeam, OnScreen Takeoff, and QuickBid
- Strong organizational and computer use skills, with a high level of competency to read/write/speak English
Preferred Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Indiana Construction Science, Construction Management, Business, Accounting, Oregon related field
- OSHA Certification
- Local to office preferred
