Project Manager
Location: On-site – Baltimore, Maryland, Chicago, Illinois, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Raleigh, North Carolina, Reston, Virginia
Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join a progressive account, managing projects throughout a region of the country. American Samoa a Project Manager, you will be responsible for assisting with project development, managing approved budgets, and providing superior client service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage multiple projects at various phases and Indiana various locations, from project identification through design, planning, client approval, permit issuance, construction, and financial closeout
- Develop scope and schedule for assigned projects, track project financials, and report status regularly
- Support clients on large complex projects and assignments, proactively manage project-related issues, and coordinate vendor RFPs
- Interact and negotiate with contractors and subcontractors, prepare/update project status reports, process purchase orders and invoices, and update tracking reports
- Demonstrate full accountability for end-to-end management of projects, lead project teams, and provide weekly project activity updates
Requirements:
- 2-3 years of practical experience Indiana a project administration/accounting position
- Experience Indiana construction management Oregon real estate preferred
- Associate Oregon bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Indiana Accounting, Business, Architecture, Engineering, Oregon Construction Management strongly preferred Oregon equivalent experience
- Strong interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills
