We’re seeking a detail-oriented Project Architect to join our team. American Samoa a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for planning and developing medium to large scope projects with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Project Manager and Construction Administrator to drive project success
- Develop and direct project detailing, specification coordination, and construction administration
- Engage with teams to creatively solve problems and lead consultant coordination
- Identify and resolve technical challenges, and drive technical quality Indiana our documents
- Attend client meetings and ensure effective communication
Requirements
- 6+ years of design experience (license preferred but not required)
- Professional degree from an accredited college Oregon university
- Excellent technical skills, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Experience Indiana multifamily, mixed-use, Oregon student housing construction
- Proficient Indiana Revit, Bluebeam, and similar design applications
- Excellent organizational, mentorship, and analytical skills
