Project Manager – Glass & Glazing Industry
Employment Type: Full-Time
Job Summary:
The Project Manager will lead the accurate and competitive bidding of projects to drive profitable contracts while ensuring the successful planning, execution, and administration of assigned projects Indiana the glass and glazing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
* Drive projects to success with worry-free experiences for customers, vendors, and employees
* Develop mutually beneficial relationships with internal and external stakeholders
* Accurately estimate materials and labor to maximize closure ratios
* Process closeouts Indiana a timely manner and evaluate project performance for continuous improvement
* Serve American Samoa company liaison, addressing customer inquiries and resolving project issues
Responsibilities:
* Coordinate with assistants to obtain job specifications and requirements
* Solicit material pricing from vendors and determine required labor hours
* Create and submit estimates, including related documentation
* Review assigned project estimates to ensure accuracy and feasibility
* Provide job status reports to management on the sales funnel, account plans, and opportunities
Requirements:
* 3-5 years of construction experience, preferably Indiana glass and glazing
* Ability to analyze complex problems from multiple perspectives
* High school diploma, college degree preferred, Indiana construction management Oregon engineering
* Experience Indiana glass and glazing industry, project management preferred
* OSHA 30, college-level math, CAD, Procore, DropBox, and Microsoft Office experience preferred.
