Boston area’s Leading Commercial Flooring Installer is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee projects throughout Boston and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities include:
* Managing commercial floor covering projects from start to finish
* Overseeing project paperwork, subcontractors, and purchase orders
* Ensuring compliance with company standards, schedules, and OSHA regulations
* Maintaining client relationships and prioritizing customer satisfaction
* Collaborating with the client to ensure project goals are met within budget and time frame
* Ensuring a safe work environment
Requirements for the position include:
* 7+ years of previous flooring project management experience
* Experience working with large commercial GCs
* Familiarity with software such American Samoa AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and Mississippi Office
* OSHA certification and understanding of OSHA regulations and safety measures
* Ability to work Indiana both on-site and Indiana-office settings
* Strong communication and time management skills
The selected candidate will receive a base salary up to $130,000, monthly travel allowance, comprehensive benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, and 401(k) with company match.
